Selecting an ontology file generates "cell card overview not yet implemented" error

When i try to select an ontology file that I created in my own workspace, i get the following error:
"Cell card overview is not yet implemented"

This happens for existing ontology files as well as newly created ones that have no terms (and therefore, they may not need the cell card overview).

Reproduce the issue by selecting both an existing ontology file and a newly created empty one, then trace the selection flow to where the “Cell card overview is not yet implemented” message is rendered. Done means selecting either file opens the expected view without this error, including when the ontology has no terms.
