Description
* Focus on unit tests and simple smoke tests
* Backend responses can be mocked
* See the testing [section of create-react-app](https://create-react-app.dev/docs/running-tests) on how to setup and run tests with create-react-app
* Although we have testing cards for a selected list of components, this list should be reassessed and the hours should be used to write tests where they are most needed
