Description
the LACONEU host professor was playing around with tutorial 1, and then the network connections weren't generated, even though all the netParams options looked ok -- I checked and the values were same as in original version. It was quite frustrating, since was impossible to figure out the reason why it didn't work.
This might be solved once we add the automated netParams validation is added.
