Description

Just noticed that there is no python2 library for paramiko in ubuntu 20.
Without that dependency, there is no way install sundew on ubuntu >=20.04

So hard stop on Sundew at 18.04. Unless we can build the dependency ourselves... unclear.

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is identified. First reproduce Sundew installation on Ubuntu 20.04 or newer and determine whether the Python 2 Paramiko dependency can be supplied or replaced; done means a working installation path or an explicitly supported Ubuntu version boundary.
