Setup CI mule unit tests to use shumlib

The mule unit tests in CI are the ones which are only standalone. Once shumlib is a public repo, we would like to build this as part of the CI to allow us to run additional mule unit tests.

This functionality will also be useful for the Ants team.

Start by reviewing the CI configuration and how the standalone mule unit tests are selected and run. Confirm how shumlib will become available as a public repository, then define completion as CI building or installing it and running the additional mule unit tests, including those needed by the Ants team.
