Description

The version of `mean_nemo` currently on ARCHER2 (pre-GitHub) is unable to deal with 5-dimensional variables (for example ocean overturning circulation with an ocean basin dimension).

The current live [mean_nemo.f90](https://github.com/MetOffice/moci/blob/17516f6524aed06b998cc07ccf53f1fa417218e8/Utilities/mean_nemo/mean_nemo.f90) file requires no altering but the Fortran executable needed rebuilding on ARCHER2.

A new working configuration has been prepared and tested and I will open a pull request referencing this issue.

Research direction

Start with Utilities/mean_nemo/mean_nemo.f90, which the issue says needs no changes, then inspect the prepared ARCHER2 configuration and its rebuild process. Confirm the executable handles 5-dimensional variables such as ocean overturning circulation, and verify the resulting configuration on ARCHER2.
