Currently:

\begin{equation}
F_{\beta} = (1 + \beta)^2 * \frac{precision * recall}{\beta^2 *precision + recall}
\end{equation}

correct:

\begin{equation}
F_{\beta} = (1 + \beta^2) * \frac{precision * recall}{\beta^2 *precision + recall}
\end{equation}
