Investigation into checkpointing W2 fields on varying decompositions
This is the migration of lfric Trac ticket:4676
Further details of the issue.
Apparently, if a W2H field is check-pointed with one decomposition and restarted from that checkpoint on a different decomposition, the resulting field is corrupted.
