### Brief description
We need the adjoint of the linear FFSL kernels as the bedrock of the adjoint FFSL. This issue concerns implementations for the non-stencil kernels and their tests.
Note that other kernels may be needed as we adjoint the linear FFSL algorithms, but the scope of this issue is solely what is inside the `science/linear/source/kernel/transport/ffsl` directory, plus any other routines that we may need for those.
