### Brief description

We need to port the CoMorph documentation (currently a UMDP) into lfric_apps, so that we can continue to develop this in tandem with the CoMorph code development in lfric_apps.

CoMorph documentation will need to be written here: https://metoffice.github.io/lfric_apps/science_guide/index.html
Note the documentation format has changed from latex (in the UMDPs) to rst (in lfric_apps), with figures now required to be in svg, so this will be a significant amount of work...

Further, the existing CoMorph UMDP only really describes the science and is lacking on the technical / code-structure / implementation details. We need to add this element to the docs.
