### Brief description

#261 is updating the docs with current functionality of the make build system for Transmute PSyclone scripts.

However with BAF/FAB/new build system(s) coming down the pipeline, fully fleshing out the make build system is taking a 'on requirement' approach.

The `TRANSMUTE_INCLUDE_METHOD` which allows users to choose whether to specify files to PSyclone, or specify whole directories is there to give users the options in the past.

However the current intended direction, until all files are swapped over to PSyclone is to specify files.

Therefore the new mandated use of a global or otherwise script, or to advise PSyclone just to run over the file to remove the optimisation has not been fully fleshed out for the `specify_exclude` method and will need expanding.
