### What happened?

As mentioned in #85, the changes there highlight a bug in the adjoint of the incremental wind interpolation code. The specific cause has not yet been identified. Once it's been identified and fixed, we should set `incremental_wind_interpolation` to `.true.` in `rose-stem/app/jedi_tlm_tests/rose-app.conf`.
