Add psyclone transmute script for UKCA glomap to archer2 site.

### Further details of the issue.

A psyclone transmute script was developed on the AZure Sandbox and subsequently is only available on those sites. This work to will add the script for the archer2 site.

Locate the existing psyclone transmute script for UKCA glomap on the AZure Sandbox sites, then compare how site-specific scripts are arranged for archer2. Add the corresponding script for the archer2 site and verify that the UKCA glomap transmute workflow is available there.
