@Pierre-siddall , @yaswant a ticket to collect Jules issues.
- [x] Compile Jules with and without MPI
- [ ] Do we need support to use drhook? ATM I am only using the dummy version included in jules. If required, support can be added similar to disabling NetCDF.
- [ ] Jules without netcdf support (i.e. only supporting ascii output) does not link, see https://github.com/MetOffice/fab/issues/422 (which in turn is blocked by https://github.com/MetOffice/fab/issues/332). It works when I change the Fab behaviour, which (as far as I can tell) should not affect anything else.
- [ ] Build river standalone binary
