Will BAF with FAB support two different PSyclone methods?

I expect so long as we can drop the right directories and information into the PSyclone command, the same step could likely be used.

psykal (lfric API) method, using -lfric, the oalg and kern args, and pointing at the pskal opt script dir

transmute (no API) method, using no additional parameters, though pointing at the transmute opt script dir

Review the linked Trac tickets and the existing BAF step that invokes PSyclone. Compare the psykal command using -lfric, oalg and kern arguments with the transmute command and their respective opt script directories. Done means the approach for supporting both methods in the same step is defined and agreed.
