Description
This ticket is one in a series of tickets to consolidate all the JULES metadata in the JULES repository, to have one source and be imported from there. Please see [jules:wiki/SharingJULESmetadata](https://code.metoffice.gov.uk/trac/jules/intertrac/wiki/SharingJULESmetadata) (soon to be also migrated to GitHub).
This issue migrates the remainder of `jules_radiation`.
This ticket also migrates the parent specific metadata amendments (i.e. from **um-atmos** in the UM repository) to the JULES repository (**jules-um**) to allow metadata changes to be self-contained in the JULES repository.
