Research direction

Start by locating the dataset display entry point in the JavaScript application and tracing how dataset metadata is represented or supplied. Define the tooltip content from the available metadata, and consider the issue complete when users can open an info control for a dataset and see its description, type, source model or measurement, and producing institute where available.
