scaling factor in greenland-ar6, wais, eais fingerprints

The Greenland‑AR6, WAIS, and EAIS fingerprints need to be multiplied by a factor of 1000 to obtain the correct dimensions. This can be done by specifying input `scaling_factor=1000.` when defining `spatial_components` and `local_components`.

This information should be documented clearly in example docs; therefore, this issue has been created. An alternative approach would be to adjust the magnitudes of the fingerprint fields directly in the NetCDF files uploaded to Zenodo.
