Add integration test

For future changes (both scientific and technical) we want a few integration tests included in the codebase, so both we and and future contributors/developers can test if their changes impact the outputs (sometimes you'll expect this, sometimes not). These will use a small subset of the required data on CEDA, and will have UK/international example, ran in a single shell or python script.
