Description
MET outputs statistics into a text based format, however we want everything to be NetCDF/cubes for uniform interfacing. Consider writing a postprocessing script to convert these.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by identifying how MET currently emits its text statistics and how VerPy expects NetCDF/cubes, then confirm the intended postprocessing boundary. Done means MET statistics are converted into the agreed NetCDF/cube representation and can be consumed uniformly for visualisation.
