- [ ] rainfields3 radar

Metrics:
- [ ] FSS, reliability, ROC, AUC
- [ ] MODE
- [ ] rank histograms
- [ ] twCRPS for extremes (in scores)
- [ ] variogram/energy score (not in any package yet but we want to add it to scores).
- [ ] CRPS decomposition by Brier score
- [ ] CRPS IDR decomposition
