Description
We don’t currently support anything other than ‘SEQ’ (hour-by-hour) outputs for any of the derived diagnostics. We should create a list of diagnostics where flexibility to compute MEAN/MAX/MIN etc as well as output ‘SEQ’ (likely more about spatial and spatial difference plots) would be valid, and if there are any for which this would be inappropriate.
