### What problem does your feature request solve?
Setting all of the diagnostics can be quite a bit of work.
### Describe the solution you'd like
We should provide standard optional configuations, with the diagnostics pre-set, like we have done for the RAL3-LFRic config.
### Describe alternatives you've considered
Provide a way to enable groups of options. I'm not sure rose-edit supports this.
