Description
A top level `display` task
**Details**
- This task will involve "lifting and shifting" the `display` task from AutoAssess to CMEW.
- Estimate: 3 days
**Implementation ideas**
* Step 1: get a copy of monsoon and Africa and implement the top level display page
* Step 2: ESMValTool radiation budget into the top level display page (possibly with a different display layout)
- Monsoon area gets this display task done, so it could be a generalisation of this display task
- Passing kwargs to python script to generate the display (-> jinja/html)
Investigation needed on what would be the best option to implement this before development.
