Update o3prod diagnostic when UKESM1.3 mappings are confirmed

Description
There is a nomenclature issue in the o3prod mapping in that the output of STASH 50103 should have been associated with the name of 50104. A fix for this should go into UKESM1.3 https://code.metoffice.gov.uk/trac/um/ticket/5839 which would necessitate a tweak to the mapping.
Need to confirm the change once UKESM1.3 is frozen and update mappings for that model and UKESM2 accordingly.
