Description
When switching between projects using the "Open QGIS Project" on MM tab, MM plugin does not check whether the currently opened project has unsaved changes. As a result, if the user forgets to save before switching, any unsaved changes in the current project are lost.
While this is ultimately user error, the UX could be improved by prompting the user to save (or discard) unsaved changes before loading the new project, consistent with standard QGIS behavior.
