Description

Description
When a user is invited to collaborate on a project they see all workspace public projects listed under the workspace in the Browser

Question
Shall we show the user projects in which they are not collaborators here?

Expectation
In order to consistency and avoiding confussion it would make sense to do it the same way as in Dashboard. User can access the public project when explicitly asks for it - visit the public projects tab. Projects in which the user is not a collaborator are not shown in the Projects tab even they are public and accessible from a different tab.

Research direction

Start by comparing how the Browser lists workspace projects with the Dashboard's Projects tab and public projects tab. Confirm the intended behavior from the issue: omit public projects where the user is not a collaborator from the regular Projects listing, while keeping them accessible through the public projects tab.
