Description

When a user syncs the latest version to Plugin, makes some changes in the plugin, and then opens the Changes Viewer they can be unsure if the changes should be displayed.
It makes sense that only synced changes are displayed but the word 'local' might mislead to expect local changes.

Research direction

Start in the Changes Viewer and Project History UI, focusing on the wording shown after a user syncs and then makes plugin changes. Clarify that the viewer shows only synced changes, and verify the label no longer suggests that unsynced local changes are included.
