Description
The functionality that adds to the project the conflicted copies of a GPKG datasource is great, I would anyway welcome very much a enhancement that would add also a copy of the offending layer where only the conflicted records are in, not all records up to the conflicting one(s).

Research direction
No file or test is named in the issue. Start by tracing the existing handling that adds conflicted copies of GPKG datasources, then identify how conflicting records are selected; done means an additional layer contains only the offending records rather than all records up to the conflict.
