Description

If we start downloading a project and close QGIS during the process, reopening QGIS and attempting to download the incomplete project again results in an error stating that the project cannot be downloaded because a folder for it already exists.

Research direction

Reproduce the failed project download by closing QGIS during the download, then reopen QGIS and retry the same project. Trace the download and incomplete-project handling to identify why the existing folder blocks the retry; done means an interrupted download can be retried without this error.
