Feature Request: Possibility to write a note about the synchroniztation

Description
It would be super nice to be able to write a optional small note about what might have changed before I hit the Sync-button. Something similar like a "commit message" in Git. With that extra info it would be possible to search / filter the project-history, which should be extra Feature Requests.. 😄
Sorry, if a similar request already exists. I searched for it, but couldn't find any.
