Description
It would be useful to have functionality in the plugin to add commonly used bits (attributes / layers) to a survey, e.g.:
- add GPS metadata attributes to an existing layer
- add last modified metadata attributes (who, when) to an existing layer
- add a gallery to an existing layer
- add inspections to an existing layer
- add a to-do list layer

Research direction
Start by reviewing the five proposed building blocks in the issue and clarifying which templates are in scope.
