Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. open an existing project in QGIS
  2. create new MM project using the "Use current QGIS project as is" option, fill in some bad name so that project creation fails (e.g. the name has
  3. try to create MM project again - the "Use current QGIS project as is" option is disabled (because the .mergin sub-dir exists now, even though it should have been removed after failed project creation)

Solution: clean up properly after failed upload
