Description
Currently, we present user with this type of window, when downloading a project from server:
It causes lots of confusion, as users often to try and create a folder or type something. Better to present something like this:

Research direction
Start by tracing the project-download flow and the dialog shown when users choose where to save a project. Compare its current behavior with the folder-only dialog in the issue screenshots. Done means downloading presents a folder-selection interface without asking users to create or type a file name.
