Description
When users has Localized Data Path (under Settings > Options > Data Sources) and downloads the project from Mergin, the layers get the reference to the localized path.

Syncing the project, will result in Input not finding the layer.
My guess is the packaging might have issues with this too, but have not tested it.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reproducing the download and sync flow with a Localized Data Path configured under Settings > Options > Data Sources, then compare the layer references with the paths available to Input. Done means the downloaded project syncs successfully and its layers resolve without referring to the localized path.
