Description

Currently, we do not have all the SVGs in QGIS for Input. Also, users might be using external SVGs.
It would be good to collect all the SVGs and place them in the newly created folder (under /svg) so users do not end up with ??? for styles.

Research direction

Start by checking the newly created /svg folder and how the plugin packages or references SVG layer styles. Inventory the required QGIS Input SVGs and account for the external-SVG case described in the issue. Done means the needed SVGs are bundled under /svg so users do not see ??? for styles.
