Description

It is sometimes useful to add/remove files in a MM project within some scripts. Right now the only way to do it properly is to download the whole project, do the change and then push the project. It would be good if we had some API calls that would do such change without the download of the whole project.

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by tracing the existing project download and upload operations in the Python API client and checking the corresponding Mergin Maps API contract. Done means callers can add or remove project files without downloading the whole project.
