Description
**Description**
We have `PhotoCard` component already in the app code, but there is no way to enable display text overlay for this component, which is shown over the photo. This would help users quickly filter through the photos and names of them.
Finalization of #4317 and connected to #2121.
Currently blocked by required work in QGIS/QGIS-plugin.
