Description
As discussed here https://github.com/MerginMaps/mobile/pull/4403#pullrequestreview-4013475048
and here https://github.com/MerginMaps/mobile/issues/4390
positionCrs3DEllipsoidHeight is used in some transformations (e.g. stakeout panel). Let's use either 2D or 3D geoid (the configured one).
