Description
Steps to reproduce:
- At first not logged in.
- Download the project
test_nonasciifrom Explore page. - Log in to the app.
- Remove all projects from the app.
- Restart the application.
Expected behavior:
After removing all projects and restarting the app, no projects should be visible on the home page.
Actual behavior:
The project test_nonascii still appears on the home page and displays error messages.
