Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new project and upload it.
  2. On the website, remove the .qgz file from the project.
  3. In the mobile app, synchronize the project from the home page.
  4. Click to open the project.

Observed behavior:
The application becomes stuck in the opening project phase and does not proceed.

Environment:

  • OS: Windows 10 Home

Expected behavior:
The project should‘t open and provide a clear error message that the .qgz file is missing.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing the synchronization and opening flow after removing the project's .qgz file, then locate the handling for a missing project file. Done means the app no longer remains stuck and presents a clear missing-file error.
