Missing "Continue with SSO" button after signing out

Description
After signing out from the Mergin Maps mobile app (having previously signed in with username and password), the "Continue with SSO" button is missing from the login screen. Users are unable to sign in with SSO until they restart the app.

Steps to reproduce

1. Sign in to the Mergin Maps mobile app using username and password
2. Sign out from the app
3. Click Projects tab (login form is displayed)
4. Look for the "Continue with SSO" button on the login screen

Actual results
The "Continue with SSO" button is missing from the login screen after signing out. Users cannot sign in with SSO without restarting the app.

Expected results
The "Continue with SSO" button should be visible on the login screen after signing out, allowing users to sign in with SSO without needing to restart the app.
