Description
There are few things on the Projects (or Home) screen which also others might might disturbing / enhancement ideas.
1. In line with other apps it would be nice if the `Project` screen reloads when drag on the top of the page. Like 'load new projects' or add information about the pending changes (similar to mail apps, chrome on mobile etc.)
2. On Home screen there is a button `Create project` at the bottom and you cannot scroll 'under' it. (Not sure if it is lucky to have this button at the bottom so that user need to scroll down to create a project when they have a few of them downloaded they can easily forget where the button is. I prefer the way we have with the workspaces list and a plus sign at the top to add a new one. Maybe next to the search bar?) However, nothing limits you to scroll down and down 'under' the list of all projects on the Projects screen. There could also be a button or you simply cannot scroll under the content of the screen.

Start by locating the Projects and Home screens in the mobile app and review how their project lists and Create project controls are implemented. Confirm the intended pull-to-refresh and bottom-scrolling behavior with the maintainers, then verify that the agreed interactions work consistently on the affected screens.
