Description
In a QGIS project I set up a lyer is read-only mode
At some point when synchronizing on QGIS desktop with the MerginMaps plugin I noticed about changes (on server side) about this layer, that of course should never have.
Looking in the MerginMaps control panel it seems anyway that this changes are not existing(?)
There isn't any feature with fid=0 before of after,

Research direction
The issue names QGIS Desktop, the MerginMaps plugin, and the Mergin Maps control panel, but no repository file or test. Start by reproducing synchronization with a read-only layer and compare the reported server-side changes with the control panel’s feature list, including fid=0. Done means the read-only layer produces no ghost changes and both views agree.
