Description
When pulling changes from server, GeodiffUtils::applyDiffs() will apply multiple diffs one by one. This may be slow if there are many diffs to apply. A better strategy would be to first concatenate all diffs together (GEODIFF_concatChanges()), and then apply them at once.

Research direction
Start by locating GeodiffUtils::applyDiffs() and reading how server changes are currently applied. Check the available GEODIFF_concatChanges() entry point, then verify that multiple diffs are combined before application and that pulling changes still completes correctly.
