Description
Let's store these values in app settings so that if you open the app again, you see the project in the state where you left it previously. It should work even when you reopen a different project.
It should store also individual layers visibility

Research direction
The issue names no files or tests. Start by locating the app-settings handling and map-state entry points, then trace how project and layer state is identified. Done means map extent, map theme, and each layer's visibility are restored after reopening the same or a different project.
