Description
Precise measurements of points are often done by leaving GPS in one location even for a couple of minutes, in order to get even higher accuracy by averaging individual location measurements over time. It would be good to have this supported in Input as well.
It should be possible to configure length of the interval for averaging.
There should be a new variable containing duration of the averaging, so that users can store that to an attribute when recording points.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the Input point-recording and GPS measurement flow; done means users can configure an averaging interval and access the averaging duration as a variable when recording points.
