Description
I am trying to save a figure generated by R in rtf format, can you please clarify whether it must be first saved as png?
Is it possible to save a ggplot object directly in rtf format?

Research direction
Start by reviewing the package's figure-output documentation and the ggplot/RTF entry points to determine whether a ggplot object can be written directly to RTF or must be converted first. Document the supported workflow and any required intermediate format, then verify the explanation against the existing figure examples.
