Description
I want to use my own data to train deepBGC, because I want to find a specific BGC, but I have problems in the process of training, because all Gene Clusters are negative through deepbgc train, is there a detailed train tutorial? ?

Research direction
Reproduce the reported deepBGC training workflow with custom data and inspect why all gene clusters are classified as negative. Document the required input format, training steps, and how to verify results for a specific BGC; done means a newcomer can follow the tutorial and interpret the training output.
