Alternatively using docker, the provided code is asking for additional arguments. Admittedly I have very limited experience with docker. I'm hoping to get this set up on a physical Windows box. Any assistance would be appreciated!

Research direction

Start with the README's “Install BioPhi using conda” step 2 and reproduce the failure shown in the attached screenshot on a physical Windows machine. Then compare the documented Docker command with the additional arguments requested by Docker. Done means identifying the installation issue and updating the instructions so one of the supported setup paths works clearly.
